Take a pause early in your week with this deeply relaxing restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
As you lie comfortably, the soothing tones and gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls help quiet the mind and release tension from the body. Soft spoken guidance and affirmations invite you to settle into a sense of peace, clarity, and self-trust.

This class blends mindful breathwork and fluid, functional movement designed to create space and freedom throughout the body. Gentle mobility work invites ease and resilience into the joints, while long, indulgent stretches allow tension to melt away. Expect a deeply satisfying experience that leaves you feeling supple, open, and effortlessly at ease.

A deeply restorative experience designed to soothe the nervous system toward rest and digest. As the body opens into poses supported by soft bolsters and blankets, layers of sound—from singing bowls to delicate chimes—create a cocoon of calm, guiding you into a state of effortless presence.

Ecstatic Yoga is a fusion of tantric yoga and ecstatic dance, blending structured guidance with intuitive, free-flowing movement. Expect to stretch, shake, and movefreely in a playful, expressive practice designed to reconnect you with your body.

A gentle Hatha yoga class that blends slow, intentional movement with breath to support strength, alignment, and nervous system regulation in a calm, supportive space.

A calming blend of breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle movement to release tension and support deep relaxation.
This restorative practice supports clarity, presence, and a deeper connection to self.

Designed to help you let go and receive. Through guided breathing, sound therapy (tuning forks, om tuner, etc.) gentle hands-on fascia release, and the use of balls to target areas of tension held in the fascia, this practice supports the body in softening, grounding, and creating space for inner peace.

A gentle, explorative self-care practice that invites you to slow down, unwind, and reconnect through art-making. Guided, simple creative prompts support relaxation, self-expression, and inner connection—without pressure or expectation.

These guided group experiences are designed to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and emotional balance. Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and creative exploration, each session creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
Rather than pushing the body, these experiences invite you to listen to it.
From that place, vitality can return naturally.
