Aman is a passionate seeker who has devoted years to studying and practicing meditation through a traditional yogic lens. Influenced by the teachings of masters such as Jiddu Krishnamurti, Sri Rajneesh and more he has cultivated a deep respect for the inner journey of self-discovery.

Influenced by the teachings of masters such as Jiddu Krishnamurti, Sri Rajneesh, Sadhguru, and Patanjali, he has cultivated a deep respect for the inner journey of self-discovery.

    Along his path, Aman discovered the profound impact of Somatic Breathwork—a modality that deeply served his own healing and continues to transform his life today. Guided by both experience and humility, he now facilitates breathwork sessions that invite others to dive inward, reconnect with themselves, and uncover their own light.

    With a sincere wish to share what he has learned, Aman holds space for those ready to receive. His hope is that the light which continues to shine in his life will reflect in others—as brightly and intensely as they are willing to allow.
