Somatic Therapy

For release, reconnection and nervous system support

At my vitae, you’re invited back into your body with gentleness and care through somatic therapy.

We offer two core somatic services, Somatic Release and Somatic Facial Therapy, both designed to help you explore what your body may be holding and how to shift it. These practices are for anyone navigating stress, chronic tension, emotional overwhelm or simply craving a deeper connection with themselves.

Holistic Healing Space Rooted in Vitality ꩜

Somatic therapy blends body-based awareness with therapeutic techniques like movement, breath and touch. It works with the nervous system, not against it, to support emotional healing and physical release.

What Is Somatic Therapy?

An alternative to only talking through experiences, somatic healing helps:

All somatic therapy sessions are personalized, safe and trauma-informed with no expectation to inform of anything you’re not comfortable explaining.

Two Types of Somatic Therapy

This gentle, clothed treatment focuses on the face, head, jaw, and neck, areas where many of us hold unconscious stress.

Combining cranial massage and somatic awareness, it encourages relaxation, nervous system regulation and subtle emotional release.

 Somatic Facial Massage

This is a full-body experience using breath, movement, mindful touch and verbal guidance to release stored tension and shift long-held emotional patterns.

Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to their bodies.
