Her signature approach combines the healing power of food as medicine, functional lab testing to uncover the root cause of imbalance, a full body systems approach to health and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal, along with individualized protocols that focus on nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management.
Inspired by her own journey through hormonal imbalance and burnout, Larissa is deeply passionate about empowering others to take control of their health and restore balance and resilience. She graduated with First Class Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and holds certification as a Metabolic Balance Coach. Her additional training includes live blood cell analysis and the ability to request and interpret functional laboratory testing to support a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to care.
With a commitment to root-cause resolution, Julie-Ann works closely with clients to develop individualized nutrition strategies that address hormonal imbalances, digestive dysfunction, fatigue, and weight-related concerns. Her clinical framework integrates the latest in nutritional science with a full-body, preventative model of health, aimed at restoring balance and supporting long-term wellbeing.
Her journey into clinical nutrition began with her own struggle with PCOS, a condition she overcame through therapeutic nutrition after being told there were no real solutions.
