Release Your Stress
Daily Practices (beginning January 19th)
A space your body can return to.
Stress doesn’t only live in the mind.
It is experienced, stored, and expressed through the body.
Our Daily Self-Care Practices are body-based group sessions created to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and physical restoration through ongoing, guided experiences.
Each practice is 45 minutes, with additional time afterward to breath — allowing the system to settle before returning to your day.
The practices incorporate a blend of movement, breath, sound, stillness, and body awareness.
They are designed to complement one another and can be paired, offering different pathways to meet the body’s changing needs.
What These Practices Support:
• stress relief and tension release
• emotional processing and integration
• physical restoration
• somatic reconnection
• sustainable self-care rhythms
Rather than one-off experiences, these practices are meant to be returned to — creating conditions the body can learn from over time.

Our calendar is continually evolving as new practices are introduced.
Offerings expand to reflect the needs of the community and the growth of the space.

Practice Passes provide flexible access to the daily self-care practices, allowing you to explore different sessions and build a rhythm of ongoing support.
