With over seven years of experience in integrative wellness, Saman ssupports individuals, groups, and organizations in reconnecting with their bodies, minds, and inner wisdom through the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health.

  • With over seven years of experience in integrative wellness, Saman Alikhan supports individuals, groups, and organizations in reconnecting with their bodies, minds, and inner wisdom through the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health.

    Saman’s journey as a wellness practitioner began with a 100-hour foundational yoga training and evolved into completing a 200-hour YTT certification, alongside becoming a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Holistic Health Coach. These modalities inform a comprehensive, compassionate, and personalized approach that helps clients cultivate lasting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

    Her teaching draws from Hatha, Slow Vinyasa, and Yin yoga traditions, interwoven with breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Each session is thoughtfully designed to provide grounding, heart-centered experiences that invite stillness, presence, and deeper self-awareness—whether someone is new to yoga or seeking to deepen their practice.

    As a holistic health coach, Saman offers individualized guidance in areas such as nutrition, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle shifts. Her coaching is rooted in the belief that wellness is not a one-size-fits-all model, but a deeply personal and evolving journey. She works collaboratively with clients to co-create routines and practices aligned with their unique goals, rhythms, and values.

    Whether someone is navigating anxiety, fatigue, burnout, or simply seeking more alignment and clarity in life, Saman’s intention is to provide a safe, supportive space to pause, breathe, and return to center. She works with private clients, facilitates group sessions, and collaborates with corporate teams to foster cultures of mindfulness and well-being in both personal and professional settings.

    She brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience as a Certified Transformational, Happiness, and Yoga Life Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor (500 hours), and Certified Meditation and Acupressure Practitioner. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Human Resources Professional Certification, and a Specialization in Achieving Personal & Professional Success, Biljana integrates mind, body, and soul into her approach to personal growth.

    Her life’s journey—shaped by the many roles she embraces as a woman, educator, HR professional, yoga teacher, business owner, wellness advocate, sister, wife, daughter, and mother of three—has deepened her empathy and inspired her commitment to supporting others through healing and transformation.

    Over the years, Biljana has explored many layers of identity in the search for deeper meaning and purpose—a universal human journey. Along the way, she discovered a profound sense of self-love, compassion, and inner peace. This awakening allowed her to cultivate forgiveness, expand her perspective, and align more fully with her authentic self.

    Today, Biljana brings this wisdom and presence to her work, helping others reconnect with their inner truth, navigate life’s challenges with grace, and awaken to their fullest potential in both personal and professional life. With heart-centered guidance and a holistic approach, she holds space for true transformation to unfold.Throughout her career, Jelena has remained deeply committed to promoting wellbeing across various contexts, including businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual therapy sessions.

    Jelena views therapy as a collaborative and creative process that encompasses all aspects of the self. Authenticity and vulnerability are core values in her work with clients. She recognizes that issues of power imbalance and oppression in society often lead to feelings of frustration, disempowerment, isolation, and disconnection. As such, she works to empower her clients through mutual authenticity and vulnerability, co-creating a safe and trusting space to explore experiences of chronic disconnection in relational dynamics. Together, they work toward reconnection—with the self and with others.

    Her therapeutic approach is integrative, adapting to the needs of each client. Jelena practices through a systems and relational-cultural framework, attending to cultural factors and drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and mindfulness-based and somatic-informed techniques.

    Jelena offers therapy in English, Macedonian, and Serbian. Drawing from her life experiences, migration journey, and professional background, she strives to create a comforting and enthusiastic environment that empowers clients to explore their inner realities and work toward personal growth and healing.
