Monthly speaker series exploring self-understanding

$0.00

Date: January 17
Time: 10:00AM-12:00PM
Admission: FREE
Capacity: 40 people

A monthly speaker series exploring self-understanding through the body—face, feet, blood & movement. Held every second-last Saturday.

The body is constantly communicating. Through posture, movement, tension, facial expression, and internal responses, it reflects how we adapt, respond, and move through life.

This monthly Speaker Series explores how to listen to that communication and what it can offer in return.

By learning how the body speaks, we build a more informed relationship with ourselves. The information it provides can clarify patterns, reveal where energy is held or redirected, and offer insight into how we make decisions, relate to others, and meet challenges. This awareness often shifts perspective—from reacting automatically to responding with greater choice and understanding.

This gathering is bringing together four speakers, each sharing a distinct lens on how information shows up physically—through areas such as the face, feet, movement patterns, and internal systems. These perspectives offer practical ways of recognizing what the body is expressing in real time.

There’s a saying that reflects the spirit of this work:
When you come to know yourself, you come to know the Source.
Here, knowing the self begins by listening more closely to the body.

Event Format

  • 4 speakers, each offering a 20-minute share

  • Each speaker introduces their approach for understanding how the body communicates

  • Speakers and topics rotate monthly
