Together, they work toward reconnection—with the self and with others.

Jelena practices through a systems and relational-cultural framework, attending to cultural factors and drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and mindfulness-based and somatic-informed techniques.
Jelena offers therapy in English, Macedonian, and Serbian. Drawing from her life experiences, migration journey, and professional background, she strives to create a comforting and enthusiastic environment that empowers clients to explore their inner realities and work toward personal growth and healing.

Ms. Allison Mundle
B.A, M.A, Registered Psychotherapist
Allision brings a humanistic, heart-centered approach to therapy, supporting her clients as they reconnect with themselves, navigate challenges, and create more joy.
-
Allison didn’t start out as a psychotherapist. For over a decade, she worked as a professional photographer, capturing everything from families and milestones to events and portraits. What she loved most wasn’t just creating beautiful images—it was the connection with her clients. The quiet moments, the stories people shared, and the trust they placed in her to see them as they truly are.
Eventually, she felt called to connect with people on an even deeper level. Becoming a psychotherapist felt like a natural evolution—a way to hold space not just for a moment in time, but for growth, healing, and transformation. She earned her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2022. Today, she brings a humanistic, heart-centered approach to therapy, supporting her clients as they reconnect with themselves, navigate challenges, and create more joy, meaning, and ease in their lives.
Her hope is that through the work together, clients feel more connected—to themselves, to others, and to the life they want to create.
Allison’s work as a psychotherapist is rooted in the understanding that each person holds an inner wisdom that, when nurtured, can guide them toward greater wholeness, clarity, and peace. She strives to create a space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and attuned to the full complexity of being human—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
She integrates a humanistic, experiential, and person-centered approach that honours each client’s unique path and belief system. She sees therapy as a space where people can reconnect not only with themselves but with a deeper sense of purpose, belonging, and meaning.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and ally, Allison is committed to offering inclusive, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive care. Her hope is to walk alongside clients as they explore life’s questions, navigate pain or transitions, and reclaim their right to live in alignment with their truth.
