Daily Practices
Stress doesn’t only live in the mind.
It shows up in posture, breath, tension patterns, and the nervous system.
Our Daily Practices are somatic, body-based group sessions that support stress relief, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and physical restoration.
These are not fitness classes.
They are mind–body practices focused on gentle movement, breathwork, stillness, sound, and sensory awareness.
Each session is an entry point back into the body.
What These Practices Support:
Stress relief and tension release
Nervous system regulation
Emotional processing and grounding
Physical restoration and circulation
Body awareness and somatic connection
Sustainable self-care rhythms
What a Session Feels Like
Expect guided experiences that may include:
Somatic movement
Breathwork
Sound and music
Meditation and stillness
Sensory and body awareness
Each practice offers a different way to settle the system and reconnect with the body.
Arrival Rhythm
All practices begin 15 minutes after the hour.
This allows time to arrive, settle, and ground before the session begins.
We treat arrival as part of the practice.
A Living Schedule
Our calendar evolves as the space and community evolve.
New practices are introduced seasonally, reflecting what the body, nervous system, and collective rhythm are asking for.

Class Passes
Class Passes offer flexible access to Daily Practices so you can explore different sessions and build consistency.
Choose the rhythm that fits you:
3-Session Pass — Explore
6-Session Pass — Regulate
9-Session Pass — Restore
This is ongoing care — for yourself, or for someone you love.
Why Daily Practices
Rather than one-off wellness experiences, these are ongoing somatic practices designed to support real regulation, recovery, and internal stability over time.
Small, consistent returns to the body that will leave you more equipped for everyday stress.
