Reset & Rise Into 2026: A One Day Vision & Vitality Retreat

This retreat offers a beautiful balance of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful personal work. It’s perfect for participants seeking to start the year grounded, clear, and connected—with guided support from two holistic coaches who bring both depth and warmth to the experience.

Facilitators:

Kimberley A. Bertrand – Certified Holistic Life & Leadership Coach, Author, E-RYT Yoga Instructor, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and Retreat Facilitator. Dedicating the last twenty-five years to personal growth, Kim combines her expansive skill set assisting individuals transform and live a life beyond their known expectations.

Denise Hauser – Professional Organizer, Evolution Coach, and Insight Timer Teacher. Denise is strong believer in creating lasting, aligned memories and experiences versus being weighed down by distractions both physical and mentally. She desires a rich and abundant life for everyone she encounters.

The Day’s Flow:

• Morning Awakening (45 min) – Led by Kimberley, this all levels yoga practice will awaken the body, calm the mind and open the heart, preparing for the day ahead.

• The 8 Pillars of Self-Care – Kimberley will guide participants through her signature framework— based on her published chapter in the co-authored book How to Live a Radiant Life. The motivation is centered on creating deeper harmony and sustainable wellbeing in all areas of life.

• Mindful Midday Break – A relaxed lunch shared together, fostering community, connection, and conversation. ( Bring your own lunch, snacks will be provided)

• 2026 Visioneering Workshop – Diving into the afternoon session, reflective exercises are introduced to clarify values, define aligned goals, and design their personal and professional vision for 2026.

• Connecting Values with Legacy – Facilitated by Denise Hauser, this session integrates mindset and practical organization to aid participants in clearing both inner and outer distractions—creating the mental and physical space to create aligned experiences and memories based on values.
