Rest & Regulate is a 75-minute somatic breathwork session designed to help you ground, move stagnant energy, and regulate the nervous system. Guided by Aman, you’ll learn a gentle circular breathing technique (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth) that supports CO₂ release, helps alkalize the body, and shifts you into a restorative state.
Allowing you to reconnect to your breath in a simple, supportive way that will carry into the moments you’ll need it most.
