Welcome to the launch of Ecstatic Dance Oakville, a collaboration between my vitae and Chocolate Groove. As the Scorpio New Moon invites renewal, we gather to move, release, and awaken—no choreography, no judgment—just presence, breath, and music in community.
Guided by a live DJ set from Cacaoboy (aka Jesse Buck), the journey flows in waves: we arrive in stillness, rise through a multi-genre mix of global grooves, and land softly in a closing integration. Set within the serene atmosphere of my vitae, this is a space to reconnect with your body, free your mind, and express your true essence through dance.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is freeform movement—a practice of self-expression and awareness. There are no steps to learn, and no expectations. Music moves from slow and grounding to high-energy and expansive, inviting you to feel, move, and release at your own pace in a safe, substance-free container. It’s not about how you look—it’s about how you feel.
