The Ayurveda Reset: Know Yourself, Nourish Yourself
Saturday, April 11
Time: 11:00am-12:30pm
Join us for an introduction to Ayurveda — the ancient system of natural health that helps you understand your unique constitution and how to support your body and mind with greater ease.
In this immersive 90-minute workshop, Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultant and yoga teacher Nicole Andre will guide you through the foundations of Ayurveda and how its wisdom can be applied in simple, practical ways in everyday life.
You’ll begin by discovering your dosha, your individual mind-body constitution, through a guided quiz and discussion. From there, Nicole will share supportive foods, daily rituals, and simple lifestyle practices that can help bring your system back into balance.
To integrate the experience, the session concludes with a gentle 30-minute all-levels vinyasa flow, designed to harmonize your energy and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about Ayurveda and looking for simple, sustainable ways to support their well-being.
No prior yoga or Ayurveda experience is required.
What you'll experience:
• Discover your unique Ayurvedic dosha
• Learn foods and habits that support your natural balance
• Explore simple daily rituals for greater energy and clarity
• Experience a gentle all-levels yoga flow to integrate the teachings
Leave with a deeper understanding of your body, practical tools you can begin using immediately, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself.
