Speaker Series: Self-Love
My Vitae Speaker Series
Self-Love as a Lived Relationship
Date: Saturday, February 21st
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Format: 4 speakers · 25 minutes each
Contribution: This month’s Speaker Series is offered as a complimentary gathering for our community.
The Gathering
Most of us were never taught what self-love actually is.
So we live without it — and feel the effects in our mood, energy, relationships, motivation, and sense of peace.
When self-love is missing, we are more easily overwhelmed, disconnected from the body, reactive, tired, or quietly depleted. Even when life looks “fine,” something often feels strained underneath.
This month’s My Vitae Speaker Series explores self-love as a lived relationship — how the way we treat ourselves shapes how we feel day to day, how we handle stress, how we rest, and how much joy and ease we are able to experience.
Through short talks, interactive moments, and tangible takeaways, speakers will offer grounded perspectives on how to rebuild connection with the self in simple, real ways that support everyday life.
This gathering is about understanding how self-love nourishes the inner world — so energy, clarity, and care can grow from the inside, allowing us to live and give from fullness rather than depletion.
What to Expect
Four 25-minute talks
Interactive and reflective moments
Practical perspectives you can apply immediately
Tangible takeaways to support daily life
A grounded, supportive environment
Why This Series
This is not about surface-level self-care.
It is an exploration of how inner relationship shapes nervous system health, emotional stability, personal boundaries, and daily experience.
A space to listen, reflect, and reconnect.
