Join us for a guided somatic breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and explore your inner landscape through the power of the breath.

Somatic breathwork is a powerful modality that uses intentional breathing patterns to support emotional release, deep relaxation, and meditative states of awareness. As the breath deepens and the body begins to soften, many participants experience a greater sense of clarity, presence, and connection with themselves.

During this session, you will lie down comfortably with an eye mask while being guided through a conscious breathing practice. A carefully curated music playlist will support the rhythm of the breath, while gentle live facilitation helps you stay connected to your experience throughout the session.

Each person’s experience with breathwork is unique. Some participants notice emotional release, others experience deep relaxation, while many simply feel more grounded and clear. There is no expectation to achieve anything — simply allowing the breath to guide you is enough.

No previous breathwork or meditation experience is required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
