Guided Group Meditation

Stillness has a quiet way of reminding us who we are.

These group meditations offer a quiet space to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Expect

At the beginning of the meditation, the facilitator takes a few moments to tune into the energy of the group. From there, the meditation unfolds naturally, guided by intuition and the collective energy present in the room.

Each gathering is unique.

During the meditation, the facilitator may move quietly around the room offering Reiki. Many participants find this supports deeper relaxation and a greater awareness of the subtle flow of energy within the body.

After the Meditation

The session closes with a sharing circle, offering space to:

  • reflect on your experience

  • ask questions

  • share what arose during the meditation

This helps support integration, grounding, and deeper understanding of what was felt or noticed.

About the Experience

These meditations are not about doing anything perfectly.

They are an opportunity to:

  • slow down

  • listen inwardly

  • experience the quiet intelligence within

Who This Is For

Open to all levels — whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice.

What You May Experience

Many people leave feeling:

  • calmer

  • clearer

  • more connected to themselves
