Full Pink Moon Gathering: Sound Healing & Creative Release
Wednesday, April 1st
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Join us for a heart-centered evening under the gentle energy of the Full Pink Moon.
Traditionally associated with the first wildflowers of spring, the Pink Moon symbolizes renewal, blossoming, and new growth. This seasonal shift invites us to release what feels complete and create space for fresh energy and possibility.
This immersive gathering blends movement, sound healing, and neurographic drawing to support creative expression, reflection, and release.
Guided by Expressive Arts Therapist Renata Chubb and sound practitioner Heather Dianne, the evening begins with light movement to awaken the body and settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll move into a guided neurographic art practice—a meditative drawing process supported by live healing sound vibrations.
The evening closes with a guided heart-focused meditation accompanied by a restorative sound bath, allowing the body and mind to settle as you reconnect with the natural rhythms of renewal and growth.
