Full-Moon Soundbath with Lisa Boon
An evening designed for your body to finally let go.
This Full Moon Soundbath at My Vitae is a guided sensory experience led by Lisa Boon, certified sound therapy practitioner, combining calming breathwork with an immersive sound journey.
The full moon naturally heightens the sensory and nervous system field.
Sound meets the body within that heightened state — creating a powerful environment for softening, settling, and release.
You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position and supported through breathwork to ease the body out of stimulation. From there, you’ll be immersed in live sound using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, wave tools, and grounding vibration, allowing sound to move through the body and space.
Sound interacts directly with the nervous system and sensory pathways.
This experience is not simply about feeling calmer.
It supports the body’s natural rhythm, with the full moon heightening nervous system sensitivity and responsiveness.
This is an invitation to step out of the day, out of effort, and into a space where the system can settle on its own.
What to Expect:
• Guided calming breathwork
• Immersive live sound journey
• Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and grounding vibration
• A supportive, dimly lit space designed for stillness and comfort
• Time to rest, receive, and integrate
Participants remain lying down or seated comfortably for the majority of the experience.
