In this heart-centred tantric journey, we awaken the inner dance of Shakti and Shiva. Feminine and masculine currents harmonize. Life force begins to rise. Polarities move toward sacred union within your own body and being. Tantric energy flows in a safe, grounded, lovingly held container.
Release the fear of the unknown, and the subtle resistance to feeling safe enough to open your heart just a little more. Through movement, heart-centred tantric connection practices, breathwork, somatic release, healing frequencies, and soul remembrance, you soften into presence and gently dissolve limitations.
