Rita Savoia is a Holistic Wellbeing Strategist, Functional Breathing Coach, and the founder of Rita Savoia Holistic Wellbeing and Breathwork Barista™. With a background in Human Resources and Leadership Coaching, she brings a unique blend of corporate insight and holistic health practices to support high-performing individuals in preventing burnout, building resilience, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
After overcoming her own experiences with burnout and reversing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) through nutrition, breathwork, and lifestyle changes, Rita now guides others in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and creating sustainable, lasting transformation. Her work integrates science and soul — combining functional breathing techniques, mindfulness, and emotional integration to help individuals feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned in how they live and lead.
