Khodr Najdi is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, holding a Master’s in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). Before pursuing his osteopathic education, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University. He is a professional member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association and is also a certified Personal Training Specialist through CanFitPro, with extensive experience working with clients of all ages.
As an Osteopathic Practitioner, Khodr works collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their health goals, restore movement and function, and alleviate both chronic and acute symptoms. He has supported individuals of all ages with concerns such as chronic pain, athletic injuries, concussion-related symptoms, digestive issues, postural imbalances, high anxiety or stress, sleep disturbances, headaches, migraines, and more. His background in personal training further enhances his treatments, allowing him to integrate tailored exercise and movement strategies alongside osteopathic care.
Khodr’s passion for health and fitness began with his love of basketball and was strengthened through his early training in martial arts, where he earned a 2nd Dan black belt. He has competed in numerous martial arts tournaments across Ontario and played basketball throughout all four years of high school. Compassionate, dedicated, and driven, Khodr is committed to helping restore your body to its optimal health.
