Run of Evening
6:00 PM — Doors Open Arrive early and settle into the space. Warm lighting, cinematic sound, and a gently building atmosphere.
7:00 PM — Soul Expansion Experience Begins Led by Freddy & The Band of Souls, this immersive journey blends guided breathwork, live music, and frequency-based sound to support emotional movement, regulation, and creative flow.
8:30 PM — Integration + Sound Bath The evening softens into stillness as frequencies shift and the experience anchors through rest and sound.
9:30 PM — Close

Held at My Vitae, an intimate, intentionally designed space in Oakville.
The environment supports depth, presence, and nervous system regulation. Light, sound, and atmosphere are curated to create a warm, immersive container where Soul Expansion can be experienced up close — allowing the work to land personally and fully.
