An immersive evening of breathwork and live sound designed to support deep rest and nervous system release.
Led by Lisa Boon, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, this guided sensory experience combines calming breathwork with an enveloping sound journey using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and grounding vibration.
As the body shifts out of stimulation and into stillness, sound meets the nervous system through vibration and frequency — creating the conditions for softening, settling, and release.
You will be guided into a comfortable resting position and supported through gentle breathwork before being immersed in live sound that moves through the body and space.
This is not simply about feeling calm.
It supports the body’s natural rhythm, inviting the system to settle, reset, and return to balance.

Participants remain lying down or seated comfortably for most of the experience.

Called to slow down and return to the body
No prior experience with sound baths or breathwork is required.
